Nature Connection & Wilderness is a community dedicated to deepening our relationship with the natural world through direct experience, ancestral skills, and awareness practices.
Drawing from diverse traditions of nature-based mentoring, tracking, and ecological awareness, we support one another in developing a more intimate, reciprocal relationship with the living world around us.
Practices we explore: - Bird language and bird sit practice - Animal tracking and sign reading - Wild plant identification and foraging ethics - Shelter building and primitive fire - Natural navigation - Storytelling and nature-based ceremony - Phenology and seasonal awareness - Sit spot and nature journaling
We organize regular outings, multi-day immersions, and online sharing circles. Our approach is rooted in respect for indigenous knowledge systems and ecological responsibility.
No prior experience needed -- just curiosity and a willingness to slow down and pay attention.
